Yeasterday was Mother's Day and your dear son isn't home.God is good,but our children aren't our's to keep.I wanna tell you he loved you and life with more passion than most will ever know. YOU are a great mom,you never stopped trying and he knows that.God,sees all and there for Bryce can too. He's your ANGEL now,sweetie. YESTERDAY WAS A SAD DAY FOR MY FAMILY--MY BROTHER(FRED BERNDT JR.)HAS BEEN GONE FOR SEVEN YRS--HE PASSED AWAY MAY7TH,2003--IT WAS VERY HARD FOR MY PARENTS TO GO THROUGH LOSING HIM SUDDENLY--I KNOW BRYCE IS IN A MUCH BETTER PLACE THAN WE ARE!THAT IS WHAT GOT ME THROUGH MY BROTHER'S DEATH--KNOWING HE WAS IN A BETTER PLACE WATCHING OVER US!THEY ARE ANGELS WATCHING OVER US!PLEASE DON'T BE SAD--I NOW THIS IS A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FOR YOU ALL,I WOULD SAY IT GETS EASIER WITH TIME,BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS ASK YOURSELF WHY--JUST REMEMBER THAT THE LORD WANTED BRYCE LN HIS PERMANENT HOME!GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

I am very sorry for your loss. I know how it feels to not have closure and at least you have that now. My brother was missing for almost 2 months and was found in a river in kentucky. That was a little over 3 years ago. It is a very sad thing and you never expect it to happen to "you". It happens to all of us. I think that "we" as a people need to stand up against crime and hate and every other bad thing in the world and do more to protect our family. I'm sorry you found your son that way. God has different plans for us sometimes. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Wow, I am so touched at the responses and support for this family. This is God at work!!!!!! I am truly saddened for your loss. I can only amagine what the family has gone through. I read some of the responses and he must have been a real nice and friendly person. I heard about this after they found him and I wished you could have found closure before the lenght of time it took. But now you can look at the sky, flowers, baseball game or what ever reminds you of him and know he is there with you. He is only a smile away. God has him in HIS hands and care. Godspeed to the family......
